In the event that your product has a technical problem, you should first contact your authorized dealer where you purchased the product. If the product is determined defective during the manufacturer's warranty period, your dealer will take care of the warranty procedure (see warranty terms). To be sure of the DENON manufacturer's warranty, we recommend that you consult our dealer locator prior to making your purchase. This will ensure that they are an authorised DENON dealer. Unauthorised dealers are excluded from the DENON manufacturer's warranty.

In case the manufacturer's warranty period has expired, you can also directly contact one of our authorized service stations and request a quotation.
